Do I need a referral before I come in?
No. You can call either office and book directly. If we find something during your evaluation that needs a physician, we’ll tell you plainly and help you get to the right one.
Are all of these services available at both offices?
Yes, everything we offer is available in Madisonville and Cleveland. Madisonville is open Monday through Thursday, and Cleveland runs by appointment, so call whichever is closer and we’ll find a time.
How long should I plan to be there?
A full hearing evaluation runs about 60 to 90 minutes because we don’t rush the results conversation. Cleanings, adjustments, and most repairs are much quicker, and we often handle them the same day.
Will you work on hearing aids I bought somewhere else?
Absolutely. We service and repair every major brand, no matter where you purchased them. Plenty of our patients first came in just to get someone local to look at a device they bought elsewhere.
What if it turns out to be nothing but earwax?
That happens more often than people expect, and it’s good news. A blockage can dull your hearing dramatically and we can usually clear it safely in a single visit. Please skip the cotton swabs and let us look first.
