We’re glad you’re here.
Your first visit sets the tone for everything that follows. Here is exactly what to expect, so you can walk in relaxed and leave with a clear plan.
What to expect
A real conversation first
We start by getting to know you: what you’re noticing, the situations where hearing is hardest, and what you most want to get back to.
A comprehensive hearing evaluation
A full, painless diagnostic test, not a quick screening, so we understand your exact hearing profile. About 60 minutes.
Results explained the same day
You see your results and understand what they mean before you leave, in plain language with no pressure.
A clear plan
If treatment makes sense, we walk you through your options and next steps. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A list of current medications
- Any previous hearing test results, if you have them
- Your current hearing aids, if you wear them
- If possible, a family member or friend. A second set of ears helps.
We work with most major plans
We accept Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, WellPoint, and Cigna, and we work with most other plans. We verify your benefits before your visit so there are no surprises.

Do I need a referral to become a new patient?
No referral is needed. You can book directly at either office.
How long is the first appointment?
Plan for about 60 to 90 minutes. This gives us time for your history, a comprehensive evaluation, and a full review of your results and options.
Will I be pressured to buy hearing aids?
Never. Our approach is consultative. We explain what we find and your options, and the decision is always yours, on your timeline.
Ready to schedule your first visit?
